As a young man, Larry spent his free time on construction sites working with his father, where stone and ceramic tile was the trade. After graduating from Western Washington University, he started his own business, which now includes Scrivanich Natural Stone, multiple rock quarries in Idaho, Montana, and Utah, Urban Equity Development and Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort.
The third generation to step in to the family businesses, Sam assists with managing all facets for each line of work. As a licensed real estate broker, he takes the lead on property transactions and is the face of Urban Equity. When Sam is not showcasing homes to clients, he’s an IFR private pilot with a passion for flying.
